Le nostre coclee verticali, adatte a carri miscelatori con capacit\u00e0 comprese tra 6 e 20 metri cubi, sono dotate di pale che possono ruotare sia a destra che a sinistra e presentano un passo standard di 450 mm. In each vertical screw auger, the contact base and flange fixation with the reducer are processed using dedicated machine tools. This step ensures impeccable centering, precise coupling, and perfect flatness between the contacting parts. Additionally, the holes required for knife mounting are custom-made, meeting the user's specific requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The blades of each vertical grain auger, made of FE510 steel or special wear-resistant material, ensure superior durability and resistance. Upon request, the first blade can be equipped with a wear-resistant material scraper, positioned orthogonally to the auger axis and raised by 3 mm from the wagon floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cone of the vertical auger is solid, while the cap is designed to be removable. A hole positioned under the cap facilitates the easy assembly of the reducer-bearing screws, optimizing the convenience and efficiency of the installation process.
